Malaysia
The Movement Control Order of Malaysia has been further extended until 28, April 2020.
Start from April 3, Malaysians returning from abroad will be brought straight to the quarantine centres from the airport to undergo their compulsory 14-day quarantine at designed centres.
Start from March 18 until April 14 all Malaysians cannot travel abroad, with those returning from overseas to undergo health checks and self-quarantine for 14 days. Tourists and foreigners are not allowed to enter Malaysia during these two weeks.
Citizens of Peninsular Malaysia are not allowed to travel to and from Sabah dan Sarawak, Malaysia (by flight).

Effective from 28 March 2020, China has temporarily suspended the entry of foreign travellers who have visas or residence permits, including those who carry APEC Business Travel Cards. The ban, however, doesn’t extend to people who have diplomatic, service, courtesy or C visas.
According to local authorities, in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Fujian, Hainan, Heilongjiang, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Chengdu city of Sichuan, Pingdingshan city of Henan, Nanjing city of Jiangsu, Yantai, Weihai and Qingdao city of Shandong, Dalian, Shenyang and Dandong city of Liaoning, Chongqing, Huangshan District of Anhui, Gansu, Changsha city of Hunan, Tangshan, Zhangjiakou and Qinhuangdao city of Hebei, Guizhou, all travelers from South Korea, Italy, Iran, Japan and other countries with serious coronavirus outbreaks have to be quarantined at home or in designated locations for 14 days after entry.

From February 28, Indonesia has suspended visa free or visa on arrival policy to any foreign nationals who have travelled to China in the past 14 days, they (except Chinese citizens) can apply for the visa in Indonesian missions in China, all visa applicants are required to enclose: Health Certificate (Negative COVID-19) issued by Chinese authorized office in English, Proof of being/staying for 14 days in Corona Virus Free area(s) in China, Written Statement of an agreement to be quarantined for 14 days by Indonesian authority; or ticket proving that he/she will transit for 14 days in a third country which is a Coronavirus free country before entering Indonesia.
From March 8, travelers from Tehran, Qom and Gilan in Iran, Lombardi, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche and Piedmont in Italy, and Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do in South Korea will be banned from entering Indonesia，tavelers not from the aforementioned cities must provide a clean bill of health from a health authority in their countries upon check-in at the airport, or they will be denied from entering Indonesia.

Under the newly invoked emergency decree form 26 March 2020 until 30 April 2020, the Thai government has barred travel to Thailand by foreign nationals with a few exceptions, such as diplomats and holders of valid work permits (with the health certificates showing that they have not been diagnosed with COVID-19).
According to the measures issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand, passengers from Disease Infected Zone: South Korea, Italy, Iran and China (including Hong Kong and Macau) shall be subject to quarantine and any other measures for the prevention and control of communicable diseases as imposed by the Government of Thailand.
By directive of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand, all non-Thai nationals intending to travel to Thailand must produce at the departure airport a health certificate which states that the passenger has been tested for COVID-19 virus within the prior 72 hours and cleared of infection plus health insurance to be determined by the government.

Start from 22 March 2020, Vietnam will not be allowed entry or issuing visas to any foreign nationals, until further notice, except for those travelling for official or diplomatic purposes who must undergo medical checks and 14-day quarantine upon arrival in Vietnam. Valid from noon on March 15 for 30 days after travellers from the 26 Schengen countries and the UK, or those who have visited or transited through these countries in the past 14 days, will not be issued visas or allowed entry into Vietnam. Vietnam has suspended visas on arrival for all foreign nationals. This applies to all new applicants, except those travelling for diplomatic or official purposes. Those who currently hold visas to enter Vietnam will need to undergo medical checks and may be quarantined before being allowed to enter the country. Countries with more than 500 confirmed cases of COVID-19, or more than 50 new cases per day, can also expect to have visa exemptions to Vietnam suspended at this time. Vietnam may refuse to grant visas to travellers showing symptoms of COVID-19. With special exceptions only, all travellers arriving from and who have transited through mainland China, Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk of South Korea within the past 14 days will be refused entry to Vietnam at this time.
All travellers entering Vietnam from or having transited through mainland China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Italy, and Iran must carry out medical declarations and medical checks upon entering the country.
From March 7, all inbound travellers coming to Vietnam will be required to submit a health declaration upon arrival. Travellers showing symptoms of COVID-19 may be required to carry out medical checks, and placed in a 14-day quarantine at designated health facilities in Vietnam.

The Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a notice to instruct 'all international checkpoints bordering China to temporarily suspend the issuance of tourist visas for entry into the Lao PDR for all visitors wishing to travel from China, commencing 2 February 2020 until further notice'. Travelers from countries or regions affected by the coronavirus have to self-quarantine at home for 14 days after entry. It also prohibited group tours from outbreak countries from entering Laos for the time being until the virus is contained.

Effective from 16th March 2020 all citizens and residents of Brunei (including other nationalities holding green identification cards) are restricted from leaving the country, except in certain circumstances such as undergoing medical care, attending court hearings, or resuming study abroad. Permission for travelling must be approved by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).

A temporary suspension of issuance of visas on arrival and e-visa for all countries from March 21, 2020.
The suspension will be effective until April 30 this year, but diplomats accredited to Myanmar, resident United Nations (UN) officials and any foreign nationals who intend to travel to Myanmar on compelling reason or on important official mission are asked to contact Myanmar missions for necessary entry visa or for ease of the quarantine procedure.
All incoming travellers including Myanmar nationals from the United States, Switzerland, Britain, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Norway, Sweden and Denmark will be put under facility quarantine on their arrival in Myanmar.

The Cambodian government will extend visas for foreign tourists, who have been stranded in Cambodia due to COVID-19 outbreak until they can return to their countries.
